What we ask for

The form asks for your name, email, role and area of interest. Phone, institution and message are optional. Use it for contact and expressions of interest only. Do not include patient details or medical documents.

How your request is sent

After you review and confirm, the form is sent through FormSubmit to the team managing registrations. The service processes your details to forward them by email. The form is not stored in a database on this website; refreshing clears unsent details.

Use of your details

Details you send are used to respond to your request and coordinate your involvement. For questions or requests about submitted details, contact info@amacenter.al.

Preferences & external services

The website saves only your language preference in the browser. FormSubmit is used for form delivery. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Instagram and other external services have their own policies. Once Donorbox is enabled, donations will be processed by that service.
